Easter Bulletin Board Ideas

The Easter Bulletin Board often displays the traditional story of the Easter bunny. However the true meaning of Easter is essential for children to understand. Jesus Christ died on Good Friday and on the 3rd day He rose. This 3rd day, Sunday, is when many children receive Easter Eggs as a symbol of new life. Most children are familiar with Easter bunnies, Easter bilbies, chickens, Easter baskets and the variety of chocolate Easter eggs and other lollies that are around at this time of the year. This is a fun time to be a child and it is nice to include these things in the classroom. Easter bonnet parades are popular in some schools and children have fun making their own unique styles of hats. It is good if this can be done in the classroom, but many teachers get their children to make it at home.
